Sugih4d Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysian Players

To register and use sugih4d's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not currently enrolled in any Self-Exclusion programme at sugih4d or any related platform.
• Each individual is only permitted to own and operate one account at sugih4d, at any time.
• All information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address — must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.

Sugih4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your IC or passport) at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

As a sugih4d member, you are fully responsible for your account, including the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under it. The following account management guidelines must be observed:

• You must keep your sugih4d account password confidential and must not share it with anyone, including family members.
• Sugih4d will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. Please be vigilant against phishing attempts.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the sugih4d support team immediately.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information in your account is always up to date, particularly your phone number and email address for verification purposes.
• A sugih4d account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or handed over to any other party.

Sugih4d uses a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that members can enable for an additional layer of security. We strongly recommend all members activate this feature to protect their accounts.

Sugih4d supports a wide range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users for the convenience of our members:

Sugih4d's deposit terms and conditions are as follows:

• Deposit minimum is RM10 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. The use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your sugih4d account within 1 minute of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• Sugih4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, some e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to the gaming account.

Sugih4d is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• Withdrawal minimum is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account/e-wallet verified under the member's name.
• Processing times: e-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfer — up to 24 hours on business days.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, sugih4d reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) to ensure account security.
• Withdrawals made outside of office hours or on Malaysian public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
• Sugih4d reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 72 hours for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected.

Members who are unable to verify their identity within the specified period following a withdrawal request may find their request placed on hold until verification is complete.

Sugih4d offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that apply to each promotion. The general bonus rules are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirement must be met in full before any withdrawal involving bonus funds can be processed.
• Bonus funds that do not meet the wagering requirements within the promotion's validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Sugih4d reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through means deemed to be promotional abuse or fraud.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat and blackjack may contribute at a lower rate (usually 10–20%).
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.

Sugih4d offers a wide range of game categories including online slots, Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), fish shooting, e-sports, lottery, and Sports Betting. General game rules are as follows:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system, or by actual match results for Sports Betting — there is no manual intervention by sugih4d.
• Technical disruptions during gameplay caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end will not be eligible for compensation.
• Should a technical disruption occur on sugih4d's end during an active game, the matter will be investigated and resolved based on the game data recorded in the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• Sugih4d reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by significant technical errors and to refund the relevant stake amounts to the member's account.

For Sports Betting on the Malaysian Super League, EPL, and other leagues, all bet outcomes are final once the match concludes in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant sporting body. Bets placed after the final whistle will not be accepted.

Sugih4d maintains a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without notice:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any technological tools to manipulate gameplay or exploit the sugih4d system unfairly.
• Collusion or cooperation with other players to cheat in live casino games or poker.
• Identity fraud, providing false information, or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or using sugih4d as a channel for illicit financial activity.
• Bonus or promotion abuse through the creation of multiple accounts or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threats, abuse, or offensive language directed at sugih4d staff or other members.

Sugih4d takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. We adhere to industry best practices in data management and protection:

Sugih4d reserves the right to suspend any member's account for investigation or compliance purposes, including in the following situations:

• Suspicious activity requiring further investigation by the sugih4d security team.
• Complaints or disputes currently under investigation.
• Self-Exclusion requests initiated by the member themselves or by an authorised representative.
• Instructions from relevant regulatory authorities.

During a suspension period, the member will be unable to log in, make deposits, play, or withdraw funds. sugih4d will notify the member of the suspension and the reason behind it via email or their registered communication channel, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

Members may close their sugih4d account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Upon account closure at a member's request, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method.

Sugih4d also reserves the right to terminate a member's account with or without prior notice in the following cases:

• Serious breaches of terms and conditions, including fraud, collusion, or illegal activity.
• Repeated failure to meet identity verification requirements.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities mandating account termination.

In cases of termination due to a breach of terms, sugih4d reserves the right to withhold the account balance for investigation and compensation purposes should losses arise from the member's actions.

Sugih4d believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of stress or financial hardship. We provide tools and resources to help members play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposit amount.
• Loss Limit: An automatic limit that stops a session once losses reach a set amount.
• Session Limits: Limit the amount of time you spend playing in each session.
